Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Returns of items purchased during promotional periods may be subject to special conditions.

- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at weare@belovedworldwide.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Send your return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
- Please allow up to 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.
- Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges for items that do not fit, wrong color, wrong item, or any other issues that may arise in the process of shipping out products.

You may exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.If the desired item is no longer available, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
